MRPS' members may come from all walks of life, but we share a common passion: bringing vintage railroad equipment back to its former glory.
We also share a passion for keeping our "home base" - Cleveland's former B&O Roundhouse - from becoming another memory of the past. Though it's currently not in usable condition, our vision is for it to become a fully interactive railroad history museum: preserving the buildings, equipment and people of a long-gone but not forgotten era.
We're far from having all our equipment restored or realizing our Roundhouse vision. But we know we're on the journey of a lifetime. So whether you're into fixing equipment, campaigning for the Roundhouse, restoring a village train depot, or just want to go on an excursion, hop on board.
It's going to be an amazing ride.
