MRPS’ basic mission is to restore and preserve vintage railroad equipment of all kinds.
From tenders to tankers and coaches to cabooses, our current restoration inventory includes over 15 pieces of unique rolling stock: all waiting for a new life.
We’ll be returning to serious restoration work once we have the Roundhouse functional again – but for now, we pick our projects and do the best we can.
We’ve also got a depot to work on as well as the turntable, so if restoration is your “thing”, think about joining us! We could use a few more good hands around here . . .
