OWN A PIECE OF CLEVELAND RAILROAD HISTORY!!

MIDWEST RAILWAY PRESERVATION SOCIETY

PRESENTS

“THE ROUNDHOUSE ROCKER”

MRPS is offering you a chance to own this one-of-a-kind HANDMADE electric guitar!  The guitar, built by our own member and terrific volunteer Sid Workman of Swamp Road Guitar Company, features a body made from a joist from the historic B&O roundhouse roof! This old growth, dense, closely grained wood gives this guitar not only a unique look and finish, but incredibly superior sustain and tone!

This Tele-style also features a solid maple, truss-rod adjustable neck, Seymour Duncan humbucking pick-up in the chrome bridge position, a Vintage Lip-Stick Tube pick-up in the neck position, chrome switch plate and knobs and 3 position selector switch. Functional and beautiful! It would look at home on your wall with other collectibles or fronting your own rail fan rock band!! The nicely radiuses maple neck and nickel steel frets, allow for a lightning fast action and smooth fingering along its entire length, and a hard case and cord complete the package.

Tickets will be $25.00 each and will be available on our website, or by visiting the roundhouse during open hours. MRPS will only sell 200 tickets for this unique instrument so demand will be high! DON’T MISS THIS ONCE IN A LIFETIME OPPORTUNITY TO OWN A PIECE OF CLEVELAND RAILROAD HISTORY!
The drawing will be held at the September 9, 2017 open house.  Winner need not be present.
Proceeds benefit the Roundhouse Restoration Fund.
